DMCA — Copyright Policy

Last Updated: March 28, 2026

HiAnime (“we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at hianimetv.zone, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page outlines our policy regarding copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Content Hosting Disclaimer

HiAnime does not host, upload, or store any video files, media content, or copyrighted material on its servers. All video content accessible through our site is hosted on third-party servers and streaming platforms that are not owned, operated, or affiliated with HiAnime.

HiAnime functions as an indexing and linking service. We provide embedded links to content that is freely available on the internet through third-party hosting services. We do not have direct control over the content hosted on these external servers.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent of a copyright owner and believe that content accessible through HiAnime infringes on your copyrighted work, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

Your notice must include the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered in a single notification, provide a representative list.
  2. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and that you want removed, including the specific URL(s) on our site where the material appears.
  3. Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (full legal name typed is acceptable as an electronic signature).

Where to Send DMCA Notices

Please send your DMCA takedown notice to us through our Contact page with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request.”

You may also reach us via email at: [email protected]

Processing of Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Review the notice for completeness and validity
  • Remove or disable access to the infringing link(s) within a reasonable timeframe
  • Notify the relevant third-party hosting provider if applicable
  • Document the notice for our records

Please note that since HiAnime does not host content directly, the most effective course of action for copyright holders is to contact the third-party hosting provider where the actual media file is stored. We can assist in identifying the hosting source upon request.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

HiAnime reserves the right to terminate access to any content or disable any links that are the subject of repeated valid DMCA notices.

Limitations

This DMCA policy applies only to links and embedded content that appear on hianimetv.zone. We are not responsible for content hosted on third-party websites and cannot process DMCA requests for content that does not appear on our site.

Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
